1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
Items not eligible for return include:
• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Sale or discounted items, unless defective
2. Wrong or Damaged Item
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide the following:
• Order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.
3. Return Process
To start a return:
• Contact our Customer Support through Email or WhatsApp
• Share your order number and reason for return
• After approval, send the product back to the provided return address
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Options
After the returned item is inspected and approved, you may choose:
• Exchange for another product of equal value
• Store credit for future purchases
• Refund to the original payment method (processing time: 3–7 business days)
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
